A child doesn't want "all people" to feed it. It wants it's mother to feed it. The good mother doesn't want to "feed all people." She wants to give special care to her child. A woman does not want "all men" to protect her. She wants special protection from HER man and racial protection from her racial men. Nobody loves you more than your own family, and your own people. Actually, there are many races and ethnicities. Each developed over time and Nature by the influence of Consciousness and different bioregions. And if the world you envision were true, it would be a far more boring and sad world than the world actually is.
