are you suppose to sit on the chair is that right?
if i do them 5 days a week when will i see a difference cuz i need to get my legs and butt fit ..?

Sure you could do these 5-days a week. But if you really want to improve the fitness of your low-body, follow the suggested progressions, then try the more advanced exercises, split squats, lunges, giant lunges.
