I think that evil and darkness and stuff shouldn't disappear, because humans have light and darkness in their hearts and that's what make us human. If we were to be "perfect" then wouldn't be humans, but something that we shouldn't be.. We cannot become like angels. Without darkness there is no light, and without light there is no darkness. Both are equal. Both are fault in how we are, and how the world is and has and will become. That's my opinion

You could save everyone alot of time and simply say, 'I don't believe in God because bad things happen.' Then we could refer you to arguments over 1000 years old which dealt, comprehensively, with that little chestnut. Then perhaps you could move onto something our great great great great great great ... grandparents hadn't already deal with.
