  • The Battle of the Diets: Is Anyone Winning (At Losing?)

Look that video up on YouTube.

People who used the Atkins diet on the study had better blood work and lost more weight although not much more. The study was flawed because he didn't ask the participants to enter the induction phase (20 carbs or less) which is the main weight loss phase of Atkins. Essentially, they just did a low carb diet not Atkins.

  • @jmalonemyth I'm interest in seeing the published data from the study you're referring to, where can I find it?

  • The 150 pounds l lost and kept off begs to differ as does the study which pretty conclusively proves that people on Atkins have better blood work and weight loss than people following the RDA standard. Try again.

  • you can forget trying to talk sense today.
