Joseph's Tomb and Palace in Egypt have been Found!

Yes they did. Moses took the coffin of Yosef with the children of Israel, and the bones of all the heads of the tribes also went with them: all the sons of Yaaqov. These patriarchs are buried in the Land of Israel. Yosef is buried in Shechem, and that is the outskirts of modern Nablus. A hundred years ago, the site was bare except for his grave.

The bones of all the 12 sons (and 2 grandsons) of Israel were brought out of Egypt and reburied in their tribal lands in Israel. Joseph is buried in Shechem (Nablus), the city Jacob bought and gave him. It is in the tribal land of Ephraim on it's nothern edge near the start of Menashe's land, about 45 miles directly north of Jerusalem. Joseph's sons Ephraim and Menashe are also buried in Joseph's tomb.
