Yeah it is the one where Ernest T. Bass wants to join the military for a uniform and there are a couple waiting in line on the street in front of the recruiting office

@dleeoxford I seem to recall one episode where there was a crowd gathered and you could see someone who is. But that was years ago and I couldn't possibly tell you what the episode was. Sorry.

Remember the writer HP Lovecraft? It never hit me who until just now, but HP Lovecraft (at least in a certain picture) has always reminded me of someone and I couldn't place who.
It just hit me....Gomer. That's who it is for me. Of course I'm not saying you couldn't tell them apart, but something about HP Lovecraft's face reminds me of Gomer. Just looked around online a few seconds ago...I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who has thought so.

Funny thing is, at 34 yrs old. Not sure Gomer would had gotton into the Marines-but then again, this was the early 1960s.
