I'm no coward, but I'm not sure I would charge at a large heavy set male weilding a huge hunters knife when I was unarmed, just to save a boy who already had half his head cut off. There is bravery, and stupidity. The boy sitting behind the victim said he wasn't sure what was even happening until the victim had already been stabbed in the neck and chest serveral times. It is very easy to jude others actions from the comfort of your computer chair.

He stood up within 1/2 second and began stabbing along a long bus ride; nobody knew wtf was happening until it was too late.

At least one guy was willing to fight, but found himself on a bus deserted in fear (many women on board too).

How the fuck can anyone's mind take in the situation and react accordingly so quickly? Don't fucking judge.

Yeah, there were 35 people on the bus but how many of them were women and children? So, if we rule out the women and children, there'd probably be about 15 - 20 people left, right? Out of those 15 - 20 people, there was probably at least 2 or 3 with some sort of disability. Those 15 - 20 people were probably more concerned with preventing the deaths of those who couldn't fend for themselves than putting everyone in danger to stop someone from killing a man who was already pretty much dead.
