This video is about the Corporate Criminals: Wells Fargo Bank and the corrupt Judge that allowed them to use our court system to conduct illegal, immoral, and corrupt activities.

I am a single mother with
two children on disability.
I purchased a home in 2000.

Guardian Loan Company provided the loan.

They stated that my monthly payments and interest rates would be
a certain amount...

but the numbers kept
changing and increasing...

Three days after the closing,
I received a new set of
papers the same as the ones
I'd signed at the closing...

but the closing cost numbers
had been increased by $12,000
And there was a post it
note attached requesting that I
back date my signature!!

Because I refused to
sign the new set of
closing papers and agree
to an additional $12,000,

Guardian Loan Company
did not disburse the funds
to my mortgage company.
Shortly thereafter,
my mortgage was
assigned to a bank...

Wells Fargo.
Shortly thereafter, Wells
Fargo notified me that
they would be increasing
my mortgage payments.

And, though it was
difficult, I managed to
maintain the payments.

Then, in, 2006, I received a letter from Wells Fargo stating that
there were delinquent payments...
I knew this was a mistake and had the receipts to prove it.
Nevertheless, in December
2006, I received a Notice of
Default (NOD).

The bank returned both
November's and December's
mortgage payments and started
foreclosure proceedings against
me.
I sought legal aid, but eventually
had to answer the complaint
Pro Se.

When Wells Fargo requested a
Summary Judgment, a Connecticut
judge permitted me a mere
two weeks to prepare a
Memorandum of Law in Objection.
Feeling unable to fight against
Wells Fargo's powerful attorneys,
I used saved mortgage
money to hire my own attorney.

My attorney submitted
documents disproving the bank's
claim that my payments were
delinquent; the Summary
Judgment was Denied!!

I thought the nightmare was
over....

However, Wells Fargo soon filed
a new claim: Because their claim
of late and missed payments was
denied, they were now claiming a
shortage of payments...

In essence, Wells Fargo was being permitted to legally
lie, since their previous claim had been a sworn affidavit.

This time, though the judge
had given, me, a single mother, with
only a high school
education, a mere two weeks
to prepare, Wells Fargo's
more-than-capable attorneys
were eventually allowed five
weeks to prepare their case.

  • I think that you BOUGHT A HOUSE DAMN WELL KNOWING THAT YOU COULDNT PAY FOR IT..... like most americans. I still think you should keep the house. good luck....

  • Your assumption is not quite valid. Mortgage payments WERE manageable, made, and made on time. This is just another example of corporate fraud.

But thank you for your comment and best wishes.

  • It is not hard to find evidence Wells Fargo fraud. It's shameful. One example starts to unfold in the You Tube video at watch?v=wfYqiynknzA&feature=channel. There are 10 videos that make up the whole. He tells the story of documented mortgage fraud involving Wells Fargo.

  • In addition, I'm really sorry for the way WF did you and I wish we could help. I'll keep you in my prayers. Someday, they'll get what's coming to them.

  • @tdp1957 -- You poor deluded lady/gentleman... Bank Of America is NOT ONE BIT BETTER than WF.. What you need to do is move ALL of your banking to a local credit union. Credit Unions are the only marginally safe places for financial transactions anymore..

  • Good Luck to you ... I am Quite aware of How WF treats customers. I will share your video on the facebook page "We declare warogn Wells Fargo"

  • So, what I am starting to wonder is did Wells get bail out money to help us financially? Did they call the help they gave us "Modification" so they could pocket the money they got from the bailout? We did not get any help financially, we ended up bailing ourself out by paying more see below.

  • Long story short, We could afford our house when we signed but 2 years later i lost my job and we became 2 months behind. Wells Fargo told us no problem just do a loan modification...so again another long story short we did but they manipulated us into being 6 months behind (too long to explain) So in the end we signed so called modification papers saved our home but not with help from Wells. All they did was RAISE yes RAISE our mortgage 300 a month and tacked on back payments to end of loan.

  • and the way our country and politicians are allowing this to happen to so many good people revolution can not be to far way. I am sorry to hear what your going through because I know first hand and they caused me to have a heart attack from all the stress they put me though. Somebody has got to stand up to these bastards. I say everyone needs to boycott ever using Wells fargo and then move on to Bank of America, use the little guy and put these too big to fail assholes out of business.

  • so far behind and couldn't make up the payments( it didnt matter they would have foreclosed anyway) I tried to do a shortsale so I would not take in the shorts all the way. They turned down 3 good shortsales. This was a $500,000 condo ( I overpaid like everyone else) and wells fargo bought it at auction for $148,000.00. This was a ploy from the start to suck up peoples homes and investments for rock bottom prices. Go watch INSIDE JOB and see the real crooks in all this. I am a vet

  • made no sense but coming from your bank you said they must know something I dont. There was a time you could trust your bank. I figured why not I save 3 months payments Ill put them away just in case. The minute they had the chance they put me into forclosure. When I started getting default letters they assured me it was part of the process and not to worry about it. this was early on and it was not out like is now so I trusted again. they lost my paper work they said over 4 times and when I got
