@iSaaCiMaCiPC 2:1 ratio of work:rest
-
That's what you call a sprint?? OMG haha. If your gonna make a video at least put the effort in... sorry.
-
My 2 speeds are 5.0 and 10.0, is it okay? Also, I do 2 minutes 5.0 and 1 minute 10.0.

Thats not a sprint

@Th3VelourFog its because shes doing it wrong, hiit training on a treadmil never really works, you need a big space, maybe studio's in gyms. Shes just jogging, its pretty lame when people who do not have awsome physiques try to make money from scam vids like miss fox here. What you need to do is sprint FLAT OUT, i mean flat out for 30 seconds then walk for 30 seconds, sprint immidiately after that for 30 secs and then walk for 30 secs. 1 sprint and 1 walk is equal to 1 set, do 5 sets, IT WORKS

becky fox you deffinately are a fox ;)

There is not enough of a differential between the work period and the recovery period which this video recommends. The recovery period needs to be at least 50% of the work period intensity---so for example, one minute at 10mph followed by one minute of 5mph or less. That way you can use maximum intensity for the work period, which will yield maximum results.
1h3VelourFog this is not a scam...not all my clients will workout outside especially in the winter so a treadmill is great for indoors and you just do the best you can. Also, my clientele are beginners so this is a fast pace for them. I was making a video for my clients demographic not everyone. Obviously, this video is not intended for athletes or highly fit people, it's for beginners ready to start interval training.

Yes you can vary this to make it intense for you. Many of my clients are beginners so thus the reason I did it at a slower pace, but definitely pick it up or slow it down as necessary! For some it may be walking and jogging! Also, play with the intervals, especially to prevent boredom and challenge the body, just keep them short usually :30 to 2:00 and that hard interval should be challenging!
