How to make weapons for your buildings, infantry, tanks, ships, aircraft, and squids and doplhins and crap....
Anim= (this is what anim to use, Like Gunfire Anim or so forth.)
AreaFire=no (This is asking if it shoots the ground below him, think Desolators deploy weapon)
Bright=yes (If set to yes, it makes a very bright light when hitting the area)
Burst=5 (How many shots per a round dose it give? like how the apocalypse shoots two shots every round?)
Camera=yes (dose shroud temporarrly disapear? Prism tanks uses this.)
Damage=9001 (how much damage the weapon makes, most important to weapon, you can place negetive and postitive number here)
Floater=yes (floats like a frizbee; Quoted from actual Rules.ini, no better way to explain it)
Lobber=no (Dose it shoot with a big arc? you know, like an Artillary, or the howitzer)
MinimumRange=2 (The minimum range, recemonded when using big warheads)
Projectile= (what kind of prejectile it uses, like dose it shoot a cannon like Rihno tank or dose it shoot like something else?)
RadLevel=-1 (0 being the lowest, how much radiation it leaves? depending on the warhead is how much Cell spread it dose, the higher the number, the longer it stays. -1 is forever)
Range=255 (How far it shoots.)
ROF=-1 (How long it takes until it shoots a round, -1 means it never stops firing.)
Report= (the sound it makes)
Speed=100 (how fast it hits its target, DO NOT GO OVER 100!!!!)
Supress= (Unsure)
TurboBoost=yes (if targetted on aircraft, dose it go faster?)
UseFireParticles=yes (Should the weapon spawn a flame particle system?)
Warhead= (What warhead it uses, basicly what explosion it uses, like dose it have bullets from the GI or dose it have a Nuke?)
IonSensitive=no (dose it stop working when ION storms apear, in this case. weatherstorms? unsure if it works though)
Suicide=no (is it a suicide weapon?)
FireInTransport=no (works for infantry only, what it dose is ask if its used in the battlefortress.... like how Crazy Ivan or terriost dose nothing inside a battlefortress)
OmniFire=yes (means it dose not have to turn to fire, for tanks)
DecloakToFire=no (if it has a cloak on the tank, dose it have to uncloak?)
Spawner=yes (dose it spawn what the unit has for spawning? think Drednaught, V3 rocket launcher, Aircraft carrier, and Destroyer)
IsRailgun=true (unsure)
SabotageCursor=yes (Dose it show the C4 icon instead of attack cursor?)
AntiNaval=yes (means if it targets naval? unsure if can be used.)
AntiUnderwater=yes (means if it targets underwater?unsure if can be used)
AntiOrganic=no (means not to attack organic things? unsure if can be used)
OpenToppedAnim= (like Anim, but only used on infantry, its asking what anim to display when in a battlefortress)
IsLaser=true (asking if its a laser)
IsBigLaser=true (is it huge?)
IsHouseColor=true (asking if the laser is team color, think prism laser)
LaserInnerColor = 216,0,184 (detail on laser if above isnt used)
LaserOuterColor = 80,0,88 (same as above, different area)
LaserOuterSpread= 0,0,0 (same as above)
LaserDuration = 15 (how long it stays being shown)
Charges=yes (think prism tower)
DiskLaser=yes (asking if its like the floating disk laser)
IsElectricBolt=true (is it like Tesla trooper and shoots some tesla?)
DisguiseFakeBlinkTime=5 (i believe it makes mirage tank show for a short second)
RevealOnFire=no (asking if it clears shroud when it shoots)
IsRadBeam=yes (is it like the desolator?)
IsMagBeam=yes (is it like the magnetron?)
FireOnce=yes (used for mind control, made it so it only fires at unit once instead of keep shooting until its dead.)

This is caused by Bad coding from typo's, to forgetting an important tag of some sort.... You should always double check your work, but you may want to use this program here: http://forums.renegadeprojects.com/showthread.php?tid=988 Its the Syringe, a fantastic device for all, it replaces the IE message with the reason of the problem and etc. Highly recemonded, and the best part is it actually works. However, it dose not work on Npatch.

I saw your nuke frenzy video and thought HOW THE HELL CAN YOU HAVE SO MANY NUKES?!?! like im trying to make multiple chronospheres so i can use them alot but... im having trouble with it e.g. i make 5 chronospheres for only a one time shot (then timer restarts)

PS: if you don't mind, where did you get the list of infantry , vehicles, and aircraft code names?
for example a Conscript = E2, and a GI = E1
can you give me a list of all units ;) or a link or download anything would help lol

Oh well, to answer your question, yes, there is a list. To get it, download Rulesmd.ini. You can google yuri's revenge argentina, and then go to that sites utilities section and find a "YR INI files" or something like that. Rulesmd.ini may seem hard to look at-at first, but it is doable. Just search part of units name and you will find them :) (CTRL+F)
