I don't care what people say, that magic circle is CHEAP when fully charged. even if random, you can't even see due to all the crap.

it was a move that was supposed to fire randomly because they would try to dodge it so it would fire randomly so if u stand still or just block u have a better chance to avoid dmg from the circles but then u'd be a sitting duck for others
