  • @mznukes88 from experience just double the cup of rice you used e.g. for two cups use four cups of water. It depends on how you like your rice, some like it a little hard .I learnt from my older sister and a friend.

  • Thank you so much for washing the rice. I have to say that in my native Cote d'Ivoire we start with the oil and onion and then then the blended ingredients. When you start with the oil ans onion, it gives you a better flavor. I am a cordon bleu so I know what I am talking about.
