For you's that may not know anything about your community or forgot, did anyone else remember Evil when he came to your community in the middle 70's? I did! I actually meet him when he stepped out of his limio and in his white outfit and cane because he needed BE's company to build his ramp for this jump...

@232323C Nope, you're wrong :) It was a flaw in the design of the parachute holder as they forgot to design it to withstand base pressure so it just came right open. So no, Evel didn't just move the wrong way or get SCARED, don't be a stupid asshole :D

can u berlieve they just had a freaking row boat as a safety plan contingent for such a big project....built a rocket n everything but no motor boat for resue? eeeghits! AND I think after watching the clip of evil and his pre-mature ejection that he simply got scared or moved the wrong way with all the G's he was pulling and ejected.....He would have made it...but still an amazing man! super human bravery.

I remember when I was little, people would gather around the old black & white TV where the remote control consisted of telling your children to get up and change the channel(and you only had 3-4 channels to choose from). Where the antenna had to be just right or someone would have to stand there and hold it to get the best picture, and watch Evel Knievel like it was the lunar landing. Wow, I am getting old.
