First they have never been known to use it . The do not have the night vision equipment that makes it a useful smoke screen however the IDF do - Using it would only make it difficult for Hamas to see the IDF not the other way around for that reason . Finally , why would Hamas shell hospitals helping Palestinians , schools where Palestinans are sheltering etc...
The Golstone Report confirms this .
Finally t hey have no need for it - For all these reasons - it is unlikely Hamas has phosphorous.
