http://www.TheLoveVitamin.com - While the Paleolithic aka Primal diet is not the diet that I personally used to get clear (which shows you can get clear on a variety of diets), I am also always on the hunt for more information. I want to know what the absolute healthiest diet in the world is because that is the diet that is most likely to get people clear, happy, and healthy quickly and easily.

The more I read and investigate, the more I am becoming intrigued with the Paleo diet.

The idea is that humans have existed for millions of years and we have been eating natural meat, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds for that entire time. Only in the last 10,000 years has agriculture brought us things like grains and beans, let alone any kind of processed foods. Yet our genes have not evolved much since our paleolithic days so our bodies aren't necessarily going to be stoked on these new inventions.

It makes sense to me because our bodies don't always do that well on these foods. Wheat is often one of the most inflammatory things you can eat, and most people don't have the easiest time digesting beans. Don't get me started on processed foods.

Also, the more I learn about our earth and how to save our environment, it's become very clear to me that an ideal like veganism isn't always the way to go. Eating local and growing your own food is what is going to save the planet, and what are you most likely to get locally? Meats and veggies... not grains. It seems obvious to me now that simple local eating is the simplest way to do good for the planet and our bodies.

  • Acne is caused by a Vitamin D deficiency and cured by actually exposing the affected skin to the Sun.

  • @foolsrushin87 Yes, for some people that is true! But everyone's acne is quite different. I do recommend getting vitamin D though and unadulterated sun exposure though!

  • Hello, great video! I'm seventeen now and have been vegan for about half a year and for the first 3 months, I had clear skin, but recently my acne has been pretty bad. Do you think that winter and less exercise could lead to acne? I've also been considering ditching the vegan diet and going on a paleo diet. Although I'm vegan soley based on moral reasons. What do you think? Thanks.

  • @helsinkirules Well, from a health perspective, I definitely think paleo/primal is healthier, but if you are vegan for moral reasons, that is a different story and something you will need to resolve with yourself. And yes, eating like... fish and eggs and fermented raw dairy would be fine. Red meat is very nutritious, but if you don't feel comfortable, then you don't have to go there

  • You think you are cute, but I'm gonna tell you RIGHT NOW that you are correct..so there.

  • @SatanRobot Lol.. thanks Satan Robot

  • Also would just eating chicken and fish be alright or would I have to eat red meats?

  • I really wish there could be an intelligent debate about raw veganism without a paleo eater jumping down our throats telling us we are stupid and wrong :( this may not be the case with all paleo eaters, but narcissism and a "holier than thou" attitude seems to be something a lot of paleo eaters take on when discussing their beliefs with vegans. I know I would be a lot more open to the theory if I didn't feel like I was always being talked down to

  • @lucidlark I've read it. Read Denise Minger's critique.

  • read the china study..
