Trapcode Particular 2.0 is required for this project. This project comes with the music and sound effects in separate layers, that way you can change the music but keep the sound effects. Its very simple to edit this project because all you need to do is change the text and the the spark particles will automatically adjust to the text.

The background video is a quicktime video rendered in 3d application but the camera data is included in the comp which allows the placement of objects as if they were in the scene.

@Toxic959 I think Sure Target can do the trick, else Camera Movement could be done after parenting it with the Null object...
