At first I thought this video was a bit over-reactive, until he started quoting "laws" and executive orders that I know have been enacted against (not for) the American people so I would have to say this video is spot on. I've also known about this latest shenanigan as I had seen earlier reports on it months ago. But what really gets me is this: how apathetic are we Americans that we allow them to take our rights away like this? Why don't we stand up and DEMAND that these abuses stop??

that is true, and I am not disagreeing w/ the fact that the colonies did not all order english translations of law of nations. It's in the constitution for the United States, not the individual colonies. The individual colonies/states, have long since handed over their powers to the fed

Once again the Colonies did NOT all order an English translated copy of Law Of Nations when they wrote their Constitutions they were written as interpreted by Common Law. The statement that All born within the Boundaries of these States or Colonies are citizens of this State didn't come from the Law of Nations. As far as the Laws of the Seas yes ships would not be accessed a tariff or their property confiscated by Law Meaning they are Sovereign vessels property of their Nation.

I believe citizens are subjects, as they passively or tacitly agree to be governed by their peers. As to the laws on the high seas, it would confirm Admiralty jurisdiction would it not? Not Common Law of the land. I'm not exactly sure of what is going on, but I'm fairly certain that it is not what I was taught in school. Do you mean each individual state's constitution? I have not read any except for New Jersey and California

It refers to the Laws on the High Seas. Laws that Countries have lived by for Centuries since there was travel and commerce. So you think a Subject isn't a Citizen? And the reason I asked my question is obvious that Laws that contended with the Citizenry of the Colonies and the States are exactly the same as the Laws within the Constitution. When a Child was born in Delaware he was now a Citizen of Delaware. Have you ever read the Constitutions of the States perhaps it would be worth a read.

I'm not referring to the individual colonies. My point is that the constitution for the US, and/or the constitution of the US is based in international law. Vattel authored the Law of Nations. also, "subject" is beneath someone or something...beneath the King or beneath the government? What do you think the Law of Nations refers to?

Could you answer this simple question. Prior to the adoption of the United States Constitution, the phrase “natural born subject” frequently appeared in colonial and state legislation. So you are saying that it didn't come from English Common Law instead every piece of legislation enacted by the individual Colonies they went out and got a English translated copy of the Law of Nations to use that one definition? You do know that your quote on Article 1 Section 8 isn't referring to a Book.
