Meditation 4 completes our circular walk (which we began in Walking Meditation 3) Leaving the coast path we head up the quiet country lane to Wiggle and then turn off to cross Wringford Downs and back down to the coast at Cawsand, Cornwall U.K.

PS Meditation 5 will continue our Meditation / Journey along the SW Coast Path to Portwrinkle. ( To be uploaded soon )
