Eleven Pond - watching trees

I want to be, in a tree,
watching you, watching trees.
memories of the trees,
watching you, watching me.

I stand alone in the cold
of an old, cold train station.
It was cold in the snow,
wind did blow, all alone.

It's about dreams, this feeling.
forgotten memories, oh this feeling.

I want to be, in a tree,
watching you, watching trees.
It's a fool who doesn't see,
what I see watching trees.

dark post-punk o electronic wave.
tema perteneciente al LP Bas Relief de 1986.

  • I love this song. But does anyone have the Demo version to this?

  • ebm wave awesome

  • i love 80s

  • i like it but needs DRUMSTICKS if it gonna be post punk perhaps this is more old school ebm than post punk for this reason as it is synth based rather than drumstick based

  • A great song. Should have been big really. For anyone who's interested, before Eleven Pond, the lead singer had a different group who released one single. They were called 'Red Violet Red' and had a similar sound. I'll try and upload something this week maybe. : D

  • @dacraba20 I think it was New York!
