The second battle with Agahnim beaten without taking damage. Played in real time on Snes9x v1.43 rerecording.

The same rules apply to your second encounter with Agahnim as the first, except that you don't have to worry about him casting lightning. What you do have to worry about is his two clones, which are slightly transparent, who will also be shooting fireballs at you. You'll still want to stand to either side of the real Agahnim when hitting his fireballs back at him, to avoid being hit by the blue rings, but now you'll usually have to dodge a fireball or two from the clones before that.

Don't bother trying to deflect all three fireballs unless you can get in a good position to do so. They may be big, but the they move slowly so they're usually easy to dodge while getting into position to hit the real Agahnim's fireball back at him. As long as you don't get careless, this fight is easily won.

  • PLEASE tell me where you got the Gold Magic Shield, and that Tunic!

    (Please! I must know!)

  • @batursi You get the Mirror Shield in Level 7: Turtle Rock and the Red Mail in Level 8: Ganon's Tower.

  • Alright. Thanks!! But what about that tunic?

  • @batursi red tunic = red mail

  • What do u mean "red mail"? ...

  • @batursi Red tunic is just another name for the red mail in A Link to the Past.

  • GREATEST GAME EVER

  • how did link call his bird? you can't in the dark world

  • @KingAaron19 it sorta looks like there is someone still there

if it was just cloths then it would be flat wouldn't it

  • I like how all the Light World bosses return to fight you in Ganon's Castle and they all have their own little twists to them. Here are the changes.

    Armos Knights: Floor is slippery.

Lanmolas: Fire breathing statue in the corner of the room

Moldorm: Different designed pit surrounding boss. If you fall off you have to fight past an endless swarm of Wizzrobes to get back up.

Agahnim: Splits into clones and you have to hit the real one. Also no longer uses lightning.

  • @batursi yeah. mail is supposed to be a type of armor or something. like chain mail or something...

  • lol I love how you chase the bat around after he pops out :)

  • I always thought by the "alter ego" comment that Agahnim is Ganon but having seen this again you can't really tell if it is just clothes or if a person still remains after his spirit flees.

  • Nostalga'd hard. I'm going to have to dust this off and give it another playthrough.

  • Oh, oh...ok..!!
