I can understand where both sides are coming from, specifically I would be worried because when she outlives her parents who will take care of her? How can you assure the fact someone will love and care for her the same as her own parents do? It's an extremely tough decision and nobody can judge unless they have been through it themselves.

@XTINAsianlatinA which is why it was selfish of her parents to continue the pregnancy. Some people will say that the parents thought it was just a cleft palate before she was born but then did not refuse life saving intervention right after she was born when it was clear that there were serious defects. I would never wish that condition on a child and i'd hope my parents would've aborted me and spared me a lifetime of pain from all the surgeries, riducule or pity.
