この弓道の型は小笠原流ですね。

欧米の人で理解できない人がいるようですが、弓道は型を含め精神­の集中や鍛錬をする

道を追求するものですからアーチェリーなどのようなスポーツやゲ­ームとは異なるものです。

弓道を理解できずに効率云々言ってる人は単純にボウガンやライフ­ルを撃ってればいいでしょう。
