@yamata86 Yeah i was thinking about that. i tried to use the website on the box, but it had no contact information. I guess i need to find Bandai's direct website and see if i can email them. I'll try to find that website, thanks for the response friend, and Happy New Year.

@yamata86 I will send you a private message here directly soon giving you more information on the prints I talked about. I think once you see them, you will want one, because they are awesome and extremely hard to find. Yeah 2012 marks the 30th anniversary, we didn't get here in the USA until the Marvel/Epic series in the late 80's.

@yamata86 I'm bulding up my Hot Toys collection, but this would be a very sweet addition to my 1:6 scale collection, no doubt about it.

@ferry888 Thanks. I wish it was a little cheaper, so more fans of the anime and manga could afford it.
Hey how you doin' today, i finally got the bike, and having this in hand in person, pictures might not do this justice. I got a really good deal on mine, the only thing is mine had the window and magnet rim caps missing. I got the Cowling and Decal set, but i still need the window and two magnet rim caps, does anyone have these pieces they're willing to let off they're hands?

@delfra70 That's great that you got your bike!! I'm afraid I don't know of a store that sells only the windsheild and rim caps. Maybe if you send an email to Bandai you could buy a set off of them. I would think they would have leftover "replacement parts" from when they did all the manufacturing.

Great video, curious if Bandai will be releasing anything (other than the announced jackets) for the 30th Anniversary in 2012? By the way have you seen the Tyler Stout Akira created screenprints which were done for a mystery screening of the film in Texas earlier this year? No one knew that it was the mystery movie until they were seated and the artist was commissioned to do a print for it. Only 180 standards were made, and 80 variants too. Expensive, ultra-rare, but stunningly beautiful.

@K5Jon Thanks. I haven't seen those Tyler Stout prints. I'll have to go look those up, just to see what they look like. Wow, has it already been 30 years since Akira appeared in Young magazine? I didn't find it till around 88 when they started the first run issues here in the US. I still have all 45 issues minty and sealed.

@delfra70 Yeah, Bandai really did a great job on the bike. I still stand and just marvel at it on a regular basis. Unfortunately I'm not sure who still has it in stock. All my usual haunts have it listed as sold out.
