Angelo soon began to work in a Pizzeria in Brooklyn, New York. Within 2 years Angelo opened his first pizzeria and the rest is history. Over the years Angelo owned and operated many restaurants. Being raised in the restaurant business it was only natural that Augie followed in his father's footsteps and became the second generation of restaurateurs.
Augie took the opportunity, ran with it and never looked back. Armed with over 50 years of experience and authentic Sicilian family recipes he is taking it to the next level. Prepared with all of the family recipes, Augie is now bottling the family's sauce offering it to you to take home. In the Italian kitchen there are 2 main sauces, the Tomato and the Marinara Sauce.
