this puts METRO to shame. DART is non-profit? houston, we've had a problem. why can't we have this type of system? harris county wouldn't have the highest alcohol-related car wrecks if we had this.

when i lived in texas-i used to work in carrollton-that was around 97-98; wished they had the rail then; but it's nice to know they now have it.

to davedfw: i lived here in texas for five years-1995-2000; me and my family took the rail sometimes; i am from charlotte-north carolina-they got their light rail-feb 2009; i now live in los angeles-since 2000; here they added a new rail as of dec 2009 through east los angeles--sometimes i miss texas, though.
