That is such a interesting and good Korean Drama that you would watch its next part on internet not waiting the next one on TV in the evening ...

Remember the Korean war was not really mean to be over cos both N and S Korean are still at war technically cos no armistice was signed only a long term truce just to avoid much human causlaties and possibly World War III.

@LOLwut499 True it was not the armistice but a long-term true. Truman isn't croward but the truce was to avoid more human loss and avoid possible clash between teh US and the USSR still under Stalin and both have nuclear weapons. both sides wishes to avoid World War III.

If the US went ahead then it may be possible Russia will have to help both the Chinese and N Korean cos Stalin signed treaties with both these countries early in 1950. Korean War would would possibly turn into World War III!

@DavBlc7 Actually the Chinese did NOT push the US and ROK back to the 38th parallel. The Chinese did push them back some what but the gains made by the Chinese were marginal and they had HUGE casualties. And the Chinese were quickly pushed back across their border and into their own land. The only reason the US and ROK had to pull back to the 38th parallel was because of an armistice created by the UN which the cowardly Harry Truman decided to follow. The US could've very easily won the war.

Many South Koreans and Americans thought they had won the war when they captured the North Korean capital and almost near the Chinese border but it was really a huge mistake.

General McArthur ignore order never to go further than the 38th Patterl and went to capture the capital.

That is his biggest mistake cos it's capture caused the Chinese to send million of it's solders into N Korea and pushed S Korean and US force back to 38th Patterl and Mc Arthur was sacked soon after.
