Intercepted transmission, source unknown.wmv

This apparently Black-Op video transmission was intercepted but the source is, at this time, unknown. In this short clip, Elmer (aka Basel) was interviewed and apparently mind-controlled by a female interviewer/interrogator who appeared to be in a trance like state herself. Evidently, one of the intelligence agencies of the United States government involved in producing this clip. Unknown if that agency is the CIA, NSA, Army Intelligence, FBI, or one our organization is not aware of.
