Well you can use it for transportation if you wanted, you just won't get very far and when you get where you're going you won't have flying ready in case someone of the other faction pops up for some PvP.

It's the player's decision, really.

Enough on flying I think the main concern should be the swimming... or have we traded one for another? my friend thought it was his armor making him sink.. was so funny seeing him getting naked to float...didnt work like...

Hearing that flying isn't for transportation but for combat is kinda disheartening XD;

Either way, its more up to the player on how they use it, I guess. Flying is just amazing enough as it is, so i wont complain
