my friend Neil wanted me to design a parachute system to bring down his easystar rc plane into a small area, this is the result of the first test, a bit windy to test but we managed ok,

The first deployment of the chute I was a bit worried as I didn't know what to expect, it seemed to take forever to open but it was in fact only 4 seconds as was all the other 20 deployments.
so simple and cheap to do.

Vary cool. Can you tell me how you made the paracute and what you used to make it? I want to put that on my foamy F-15.
