If he is found guilty, he will not get life for this. Minimum is 3 and the max is 9 yrs of incarceration. Seeing how this is his first break of the law, major one, me more than likely will get anywhere from 3 to 5 and could be out in 2 or under with good behavior. But that is just the likley scenario that I see if he is convicted of the alleged crime

the band is called Austrian death machine because its everything Arnold Schwarzenegger(because he's from Austria), not just the terminator... this song however is about that movie. all there songs cover something he is in or has done in his career.

Yes... So? It made for a kick-ass video, shreddin' a solo while turnin' around under water, that's just badass... I also doubt they were stupid enough to use their actual guitars..
