Eric and Paul went to Montreal and ate like champs. Here's the pouring out of PDC's famous DUCK IN A CAN! Half a duck! Foie Gras! Garlic! Balsamic Demi Glaze! Voila!

    Not quite that much. A pound of foie gras is like $90.

  • I love the restaurant, but I think that dish is severely flawed. they use duck breast in it, so it comes out well done and the fat is not rendered.

  • @maximusben1 u mean, Toque, initiale and Eau a la bouche, the Laurie Raphael is just behind those three tho
