Not quite that much. A pound of foie gras is like $90.

I love the restaurant, but I think that dish is severely flawed. they use duck breast in it, so it comes out well done and the fat is not rendered.

it is over rated. Restaurant like Toque, Laurie Raphael, nuance...are much better
