@bvr23 if empoleon and wurmple are traded, you might not have enough badges for them to obey you. you need a certain amount of badges for traded pokemon to obey you

hey plz help me..im in this point of the game and i have a very strong team

for this point i have:staraptor 38 lvl empoleon 39 lvl wrumple 36 lvl gabite 35 lvl and eevee 20 lvl but i dont why my wrumple and my empoleon dont obey me :s answer me plz someone:/
