Yes its working. This is such a great program and seems there is not a lot of tutorials or books to follow, I would be happy to pay for training.
Good job with this tutorial

Hello Daniel:
Thanks for the tutorial. Could you please make a tutorial with the basics of Boinx? I have it and I have been working around it but no time to play with it. Basically would be nice to know how to trigger layers. Right now I am running like crazy with the mouse turning staff on and off layers while I record and I don't think that's the right way to go.
Thanks

Sure, but in the mean time, the settings to assign short cut keys are in the left settings. Select the layer first, then scroll all the way to the top. There are triggers there you can set and assign.
For the layers that act as a video switcher, such as the one I was using to make the two pictures appear together, scroll its settings all the way to the bottom, and you'll find keys that say "A" "A and B" "B" etc, and you can assign the keys for those actions there too.

Note that BoinxTV needs to be active for the keys to work. That's why I used two screens. Also, if you watch the Gear65 tutorial, you'll see that I have to click the boinxTV icon on my mac before I can trigger the boinxTV actions. That's the reason why.
