  • work on shifting the weight in ur legs...those are arm punches

  • good power and speed but instead of dropping ur hand keep um up it will take some geting use to but trust me its worth it

  • Good smooth hand speed but you are sticking your chin out a little and dropping your hands mate. Like that other person said if you try cords with less tension in them the bag won't move as quickly but will have a greater range of movement which will make you keep your hands up and move your head and feet a little more.
