good power and speed but instead of dropping ur hand keep um up it will take some geting use to but trust me its worth it

Good smooth hand speed but you are sticking your chin out a little and dropping your hands mate. Like that other person said if you try cords with less tension in them the bag won't move as quickly but will have a greater range of movement which will make you keep your hands up and move your head and feet a little more.

yu need to get that loser man it dosnt swing bag for enough it should bounce all the way back to ur head thats the point of it. if yu do this ur lateral movement/head movement will increase. try it
