@BaronTurco When I went to the appeals cout I asked the judge to dismiss the appeal due to the fact they filed 2 days late, The judge said "Too bad for you" and allowed the appeal, where he cut my award to 5K for 30K in destruction they admitedly caused. I've now lost my house and all of my investments due to their fasilure to respond to my claim in a timely fashion. Meanwhile 29% interest was building up on all of my cards, as I had to use them to repair damages after my cash was depleated.

LADWP blew up everything my house more than a year ago and destroyed everything electrical I own. After fighting them in court when the offered me 3,000 to settle or get nothing. I had to sue. They harassed me calling from Anonymous phone numbers taunting. This was John Banona or something similarr and Ivan Campbell doing this. After I went broke repairing all of the damage they had done, they refused to pay my claim. I sued them and won. They refused to pay, appealed (past the legal time limit)
