Ichabod Todd: It Never Began, It Will Never End

Has anyone noticed just how similar Johanna and Katrina from Sleepy Hollow look? Well, I did.

So I made this very emotional video, using various clips from both films. Sleep Hollow, Sweeney Todd CROSSOVER! WOOT!

Note: Trying to make the evil woman from SH not evil was a real pain. She's supposed to be Lucy.

Anyways, here's the low-down.

There are 3 parts to this video.
1. Present time- the melancholy Sweeney Todd imagining what could have been if "only angels could prevail".
2. Dream- Ichabod Crane as Benjamin Barker living a happy life with teenage Johanna and Lucy, as it would have been if Judge Turpin had never interfered. These are the clips from Sleepy Hollow.
3. Past- brightly coloured clips from 15 years before B-Barker became Sweeney Todd. From ST.

I've managed to make the past, dream and present clips interact with each other at different points, which was fun. For example, Ichabod looks at Johanna and has flashbacks of what could have happened to her...

@jaymeemendaciously Uh, duh. The title combines the names of the two protagonists from the movies I used. Ichabod Crane + Sweeney Todd = Ichabod Todd. Try reading the description next time.

Hey! I've never seen this one before, but you did a really good job, Shade! I've seen parts of Sleepy Hollow, but not Sweeny Todd, but I did see screenshots of both movies, and I actually thought that Katrina and Johanna were played by the same actress at first - so yes, I did notice the similarity. You're the first person I've seen to actually bank on that, though, and make a vid with it. Awesome job as always, Shade!

Actually, I thought Crane could easily be used as Barker in flashbacks. Hairstyle and even the clothing are almost identical. I always wondered why no one had but the two together... and at last I found one. I don't know that I think C Ricci looks like Lucy but it's close enough.
