Mbale High School, Uganda needs funds for used computers

From my husband and my visit to Mbale College (a high school) in Uganda in August 2007. The school has been using used computers donated in 2001. Imagine, they are very very slow, but they are eeking life out of them to be a top notch school compared to others around them. These students are excelling with old computers from a great desire to learn and pull themselves out of povety. They request $10,000 to update their computer lab with 40 newer computers to be bought used locally. Send U.S. tax code 501(c)3 tax-deductible donations to: Friends of Tororo, Friends of Tororo, P.O. BOX 490, Bedford, NY 10506. These high schoolers have so little compared to us, and would like a chance to better their world.
