@Somai82 hate to break it to ya, son...but blacks are leaving the democratic controlled and enslaved northern cities like detroit, chicago, cleveland, et al....for Southern cities. Check the census report. Also, check the #s on the worst poverty stricken cities in the US and then look at which party has completely controlled the politics of these cities for decades.
