This is a surgery of a 67-year-old man suffering from a frontal lobe syndrome. CT and MRI showed a giant tumor growing from anterior skull base, with the suspicion of an olfatory groove meningioma. Anterior interhemispheric approach was performed, and microneurosurgery. Histopathological analysis revealed a pituitary adenoma.
