Teacher or School Complaint

A new website called, TeacherComplaints.com allows students and parents to post anonymous complaints about a teachers poor conduct. Here at http://teachercomplaints.com, users can post complaints about harrassment, bullying, singling students out or simply for poor teaching habits. No other site on the internet allows students and parents the ability the ability to take such control. High School and Elementary school teachers are outraged at the site. There is one teacher who I should complain about, but he might track the site down and give me detention. However, I can say that he was laughing at someone who forgot their pe shirt and had to do it with no shirt on.

What does it say when you show an F on a paper and your goal is to get complaints on teachers? Does the student have anything to do with this F? I wish the teachers had a site to complain about students, parents and admin who make their lives miserable.
