Hey, i cant really tell if your hands are tight before the swing but if they are loosen them up, they will automatically tighten when you swing and it will increase the speed of the whip when you hit the ball. just a thought

Looks pretty good, one thing I would change is your foot step. It's kinda quick and inconsistent, try slowing it down but start your step earlier. That's what they changed in Bautista's swing before he started hitting 54 HR's a season.

Your swing looks pretty good. One thing you need to do while hitting on a tee is to look out as if a pitcher is on the mound and envision him throwing the ball to you and following until the point of contact on the tee. Also, you may know this, but practice with the tee at different levels and on inside and outside pitches...for inside pitches put it further ahead of you and for outside stand farther in front of the plate..do that and you will become a complete hitter..good job so far!
