How many times would you fire in a real defensive situation? My cousin and I are going back and forth over it, I say 2 to 3 he says the whole mag. We both agreed on center mass.

@INF116 I have seen Clint Smith's material, it is very informative. I promote everyone knowing the law regarding the use of lethal & non-lethal force when defending life. Whenever I teach a firearms training class, I always give my students a handout that details the use of deadly force according to state law. Training is only good if you have the proper education to go with it.

To answer the comment.......as many times as it take to stop the threat seems like an appropriate answer......even if that involves reloading another full magazine....and sometimes center mass isn't viable you may have to hit high or low in the groin

@INF116 Absolutely! Shoot until the threat is stopped...period. Shot placement is key, especially with some criminals out there having body armor, you have to evaluate the situation under stress and sometimes re-consider where you are putting those rounds on target. Thank you for the comment!
