Rob Leatham's August 2009 DOTM

Rob Leatham's DrillMaster Shooting Club Drill of the Month for August 2009, "At The Movies". This month's IDPA drill requires our members to either shoot while backing up or move backwards and then engage targets from standing. After that, there are three required head shots from behind a barricade. Stay tuned for the bloopers towards the end of the video! I've been shooting the XDM 9mm in IDPA for about a year now and love it. Rob I know you have some pull over there so when can we expect the 45acp XDM? By the way what all have you had done to your XDM? Mine is bone stock and just gets smoother every time I take her out.

As of SHOT, still no firm date for the 45 XDM. Sometime in 2010 is all I know. Sorry!

The gun I shot for this month was my Springfield Armory 4.5 inch XDm in 9mm.

Bloopers are fun, unless you're the shooter! LOL. Yeah, seems like I'm in them quite a bit ... need to thank my son for that.
