@handy0070 Genocide and slavery is nowhere near comparable to a hand being taken as a price for a crime. How a country chooses to deal with thieves is their matter, not ours. Crime against culture has punishment [[like jail, the death penalty, probation, etc in America]]. If you know something is a crime, and you commit the crime anyway, you're only asking to be punished if you get caught. "Starving family" excuses don't fly in America either, and it only hurts the family more when in jail.
