this is a very interesting time for politics in america. if jon huntsman will be the final candidate for the election in 2012, obama will lose. in 1980, a lot of people said they would usually vote for democrats but this time for reagan. nowadays, we got a very similar situation. I hear a lot of democrats saying, that they would consider jon huntsman to be the best republican nominee. and if he would attrect these voters more, they would do the same as in 1980.
as we move forward politically with up and coming elections, we are yet to hear the eco-conservation opinions of future candidates, and i fear that the majority of these politicians are hostile to sustainably managing and conserving our natural resources. i am truly terrified that someone who doesn't believe in science, evolution or the modern american model of conservation, will have his or her finger on the button of our planet's future
I'm a Democrat, and I percieve John Huntsman as probably at least as qualified as Obama. Certainly a better president than any other Republican candidate.
@WisKidUnity Sadly, you are right. He needs to spew more hatred towards gays, druggies, and minorities before he can become a good competitor for the republican candidate position. He is not Christian so there goes 30% of your Republican vote.
At least he's rational. I would vote for him just for not saying "socialist" or "antichrist".

I'm sorry Mr. Huntsman. You're too smart, too logical, and too compassionate to be elected as the republican candidate.

He is way to sensible and reasonable and thoughtful a human being to EVER be a republican anything.
Listen to the way he talks. He talks like he has half a brain.
If he wants to win anything republican wise he needs to talk like, "Brawdhaad Obama is the muslim devil and a n****r and everything he does is bad!"
