Preparing myself for the Master Cleanse, which consists of fresh lemon juice, water, cayenne pepper and agave nectar (or maple syrup). Nervous about starting the cleanse especially due to medical issues and medications I currently take. I currently suffer from high blood pressure, anxiety & panic disorder, and IBS. Commiting to 5 days of the cleanse, and if I feel good by the 5th day then i may push it to 7 or 10. I'll be updating nightly.
