Some Hella Dope Beats and Instrumentals (produced by Alex Goose) that were originally meant for Blueprint 3 but Never made the cut (don't really know why, they are amazing!) Get them know, I highly recommend them

Original Description:
In the spring of 2009, an A&R affiliated with the Roc got in contact with me. Shortly after, I had the opportunity to submit various tracks for Jay-Zs long awaited Blueprint 3″ album. Unfortunately, none of them made the final cut. After letting people hear what I sent Hova (including people who know him), they all suggested I release them for the public to hear. This is what Blueprint 3 could have been

  • some of them sound too experimental for Jay-Z, the second beat i've heard that exact sample used in another song, i can't remember what the song was though but it was on the Fight Night Round 3 soundtrack,

  • Was it

  • @Bapethatboombox Fat Joe used the same sample in a song as well

  • My friends went to school with this guy Alex Goose. They were dope MC's back in the day. If anyone want any tracks of them when they were 14/15 messageme.

  • @Bapethatboombox You know your music, man. I was actually surprised no one called him out on it yet. The Arrival is one of my favorite songs.

  • Dead ass, this brought me back 2 like the 1st Blueprint.

  • Im thinking that stuff like this will be seen on his next album. I hope he goes for dark eclectic rock-like samples like the first beat rather then your generic everything sound the same U2 type shit. I don't mind Bono but the Edge can't get away from his standard sound. Not to say I don't like U2 at all though.

  • waht was jay thinkin... this is too good to be true. for some rason it toook me back to the Reasonable Doubt days...

    props!!!

  • These Beats sounds badass .... !

  • i remember i heard these a few weeks ago. some ill beats to me

but they do sound like american gangster outtakes...jay z should make a mixtape or something with these beats

  • i dont think they were too experimental for jay. personally they sound more like American Gangster outtakes.

  • ah yeah it was
