so it is not possible to run 5 or 6 screens in portrait, correct? how is the 5 screens will only work in landscape, are the images stretched? it specifically says on AMDs website that 5 screens isnt possible so im wondering how you did it. thanks!

@recruitlink65 All the sliders are at the right with the exception of water which is medium low and traffic is turned off as I use VoxATC to generate the traffic instead. Cluads while accepable do have an effect on framerate. My clouds are generated by FS Environment

5x1 Portrait works with the latest AMD drivers and the 5780. There were problems getting thismode working in the begining but now it works fine

what fps are you getting in these videos? and would this same setup work if you added a 6th screen? would the performance drop at all? and lastly, would that card work with the dvi adapter?

@recruitlink65 The frame rate is generally around the 30fps mark. The limit of this configuration is 5 screens in portrait or 3x2 in landscape. I have also ran a separate monitor for the instrument panelbut this dis affect frame rate so I run a sixth monitor as a instrument panel on a second low powered PC.

do you know if that video card would work with monitors that only have dvi connections? i know that card has displayports only. is that card allowing you to "stretch" the one image across all 5 screens? your not putting a seperate image on each screen are you?

@recruitlink65 The only way that I have found to create the image that I have is with an Eyefinity card ( in this case 5780 ATI) and displayport monitors. The image that you see is one image at 5706x1920 resolution. With the monitors in portrait you get much less "stretching" of the image.
