They don't ferment in the stomach to the point where it makes someone that is not used to alcohol production to throw up, or get mildly drunk. I threw up when i drank Lifeway Kefir and I got slighly drunk and I am not a drinker. Go take a bottle to a certified FDA test lab and have then test it after the contents have reached 98.6 degrees.
