松花江上 (On the Song Hua River)

Japan had longed for the resource rich North East (Dong Bei) provinces of China, including Manchuria. Thus began Japan's brutal conquest and rape of China in the 30s and 40s. This was one of the most stirring anti Japanese song of the time. Particularly popular with the students who were providing resistance to the Japanese invasion.

@hadakanotsukiai Militarism is a mistake, but no one is in the clear in a war. This however is all the more reason to step up to the plate and acknowledge them as such and remember them. Remember so that future generation cannot simply repeat the same mistakes all over again. Nothing will change if one simply neglect the mistakes of one's youth.
